APS Catalog error (Resolved)

  • Issue : APS Catalog error: Failed connect to cdn.apscatalog.plesk.com:443; Connection refused Retry

    Issue Details : Many users are not able to install open source application from Plesk my application. To provide more security , We have blocked all chines traffic on servers. cdn.apscatalog.plesk.com try to connect few china IP so server is blocking them. We have already raised ticket with Plesk and CDN provider on this. 

    Work Around : You can install any open source application manually without any issue.

Linux Servers Movements (Resolved)

    We are moving our server from Cpanel to Plesk in few hours. We will move your all data to new servers. There will be no downtime for such migration. You can access your servers from WHMCS login as usual.
